I was surprised that this novel now focused on Ren and Chiara’s POV, so this felt like a completely different book even when it was the continuation of the previous one. It didn’t have much the excitement that I felt in the first book. I really enjoyed the first book, so I was excited to see how the story would end. Untethered by KayLynn Flanders is the sequel of Shielded that has some adventure, romance, and intriguing world building. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
